Since establishing Wahab Advisors in 2006, she has become a trusted advisor to universities, colleges, and national education ministries across multiple continents.

Dr. Wahab holds a Doctorate in Organizational Leadership & Learning from Vanderbilt University (2020–2024). Her dissertation — a mixed-methods study of completion rates among marginalized students at four regional public universities — reflects her commitment to equity and evidence-based practice in higher education.

Before focusing full-time on consulting, Dr. Wahab held senior leadership roles at several universities, serving as Vice President for Enrollment Management (2017–2022) and in various Associate Vice President, Associate Dean, and Director capacities (1999–2016). These roles encompassed enrollment management, student services, international branch campus development, and new academic program creation.
